Our Story
Dharma Yoga and Wellness was established in 2018 to bring the benefits of yoga and reiki to anyone interested in improving their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Dharma’s mission is to promote self-transformation by bringing the physical, mental and spiritual well being into balance.
Dharma has a vision of bringing traditional knowledge to our present and helping people adapt it to their present life through integrating the practice of Pranayama (Breath Control), the physical purification and strength that comes from Asanas (Yoga Poses) and the focus of the mind that comes from Dyana (Meditation.) The result is the empowerment of individuals to bring strength, balance, harmony and tranquility into their lives in order to be more compassionate, patient and understanding towards themselves and others.
